Additional Rules

🧼 CLEAN-UP after yourself to respect other guests’ use of the common areas.

🐕 NO UNREGISTERED PETS or animals on the property.

⚠️ NOTIFY THE HOST OF ACCIDENTS IMMEDIATELY. Note: Guests are responsible if any damage or replacement is needed after the use of guests.

🚲 NO BICYCLES or outside vehicles in the room or any of the interior common areas.

💉 NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITY on the premises, this includes illegal use or tampering with the internet, as well as any other State/Local mandated laws or guidelines.

📩 DO NOT HAVE ANY MAIL SENT TO THE PROPERTY. There is a Post Office nearby that you can visit to set up a PO Box to receive mail.

🔊 NO DISTURBING other guests. All guests have the right to a peaceful and enjoyable stay. Loud noises, fighting, and any other act that disturbs other guests’ right to a peaceful stay will result in the disturbing guest, and their party, being asked to leave.

🚔 NO STEALING anything from the property.

🎉 NO PARTIES. Maximum occupancy in rooms is 2 people.

🗑 NO DISPOSING of anything other than trash and toilet paper.

🚭 NO SMOKING of any kind on the premises.


Covid-19 Specific

– Guests must follow State and Local recommendations for public spaces in common areas.

– Face masks must be worn in all common areas (clubhouse, laundry room, etc.)

– Guests shall maintain a physical distance of at least 6 feet in common areas.


🚭 Smoking in room or common areas: $1,000

🔔 Late Check-Out: $25 per hour after check-out time

🔑 Lost Key: $50

🛠 Damaged, lost, or stolen items will be charged at the cost of repair or replacement.

🎊 A party or event planned or carried out at the listing exceeding the capacity of the listing will result in the immediate removal of all people, including guests. No refund will be issued to guests and a minimum of a $500 cleaning fee will be charged.

🧹 Additional cleaning fees will be charged at a minimum fee of $60 up to a quoted price from a professional service.

Cancellation Policy

– Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the arrival date will receive a 100% refund.

– Cancellation made within 3-6 days of the arrival date will be charged a cancellation fee of 20% of the reservation total.

– Cancellations made within 72 hours of the arrival date will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the reservation total or the 1st Night, whichever is greater.

Please Note: This cancellation policy applies to direct bookings only, reservations made through third-party booking channels will be subject to the cancellation policy agreed to on the third-party booking channel.
